Progress continues on the road construction portion of this project.
LVMWD anticipates installing pipeline in the new roadway alignment sometime after July 25. The new roadway will be paved after the pipeline is installed. |

(Update June 27, 2012)
The temporary “high line” has been moved away from the area where road construction is underway.
LVMWD must wait for road crews to complete their work before the next phase of installing permanent pipeline can begin. |

(Update June 18, 2012) It will be necessary to move the existing “high line” currently in place. It is anticipated there will be a temporary service shutdown later this week. |

County of Los Angeles crews continue work on the new road bed but have encountered some delays. LVMWD crews will install a new waterline when the new roadbed is in place, but prior to paving. |

(Updated May 22, 2012)
The high line has been moved while the County contractor is working on road repairs. When that is complete, the LVMWD contractor will return to install a new 10” steel water main. |
