Login to the new eBill site and click on the Register Now button.
You will then be asked for both a Customer Number and an Account Number. Please proceed to enter in those numbers. Include all leading zero's in your account numbers.
Select the most recent invoice then click "Register Selected Invoices" (along the bottom in orange text).
Complete filling in your email address and password that you want to use on this account.
You are now registered on our new ebilling system. You will see a page that says "Your Account at a glance".
