Strategic Plan 2008 represents the Board’s vision and direction for the future. It details eight Strategic Goals with corresponding Objectives as developed by the Board in February 2008. The activities and actions presented under the goals were prepared by each department and are formulated to further the Board’s direction and the district’s mission. This document represents a commitment by the Board, district management and employees to provide quality water and wastewater services.
