Listed below are options to pay your monthly bill.
Bills must be paid in full by the due date. Partial payments are not accepted. In anticipation of an extended vacation or similar situation, it is possible to “pay ahead” by posting a credit balance (overpayment) to your account.
After-hours – A drop box located to the left of the main entrance doors of the headquarters building is available. Do not use the drop box for cash payments. Please be sure to indicate your account information and the address of the service.
AutoPay – Use Pay My Bill to sign up for automatic payment of your monthly billing from your checking or saving account. You can choose to have the payment made on the date the billing is received or the due date of the bill. You must set up a user account by selecting the Register Now. Instructions can be found here.
Banking Bill Pay Services - Now you can sign up through your financial institution to make a one-time or automatic payments. Just select LVMWD as the payee and enter all 16 digits from your bill into the account field.
When using your bank or an online bill pay service, you must select LVMWD as the payee and enter all 16 digits from your bill into the account field. Incorrect or missing information may cause a 5-7 day delay in receiving payment.
Cash, Check, or Credit Card - are accepted at 4232 Las Virgenes Rd., Calabasas during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m to 5 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Credit Card Payments - Through the Internet or a touch-tone telephone, you can pay your bill using a major credit card. Use Pay My Bill and select the Credit Card Payment tab or call 1-844-395-2240.
Electronic/On-Line Payments – Use Pay My Bill for on-line payment processing. You must set up a user account to make an electronic payment using your checking, savings or credit card.
Pay by Mail – Use the convenient return envelope provided to you with your bill. Detach and enclose the bill stub with your check or money order. Do not send cash.
