Stop 10

The East Branch of the Aqueduct carries water through the valley into the San Bernardino Mountains and onto Lake Perris.  Water destined for LVMWD travels in the West Branch.  After 32 miles, the water reaches Oso Pumping Plant for its final lift of 231 feet (the rest of the journey uses gravity).
How many pumping plants do you need to pump this water?
Water really gets pushed along the route.
